Roomwand ("the app") turns a photo of a room into an AI-generated redesign. We collect as little as possible.

What we process

• Room photos you choose are uploaded to our server (Cloudflare) and to our image-generation providers (kie.ai, which runs Google Gemini image models, and BytePlus ModelArk as a backup) only to create your design. Uploaded and generated files are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• Device identifier (a random or platform install id) to enforce fair-use limits. No name, email or account is required.
• Usage logs: time, room type, style, model and processing cost of each generation, used for abuse prevention and cost control.
• Content reports: if you report a design from inside the app, we store the reason, your optional note and a reduced copy of the reported image to review it. Reported images are kept for up to 30 days.
• Crash reports (if enabled) without personal data.

What stays on your phone

Your designs, history and the original photos are stored only on your device. Deleting the app or using “Delete all my designs” removes them.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos should not contain people; if they do, they are processed the same way and deleted within 24 hours.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Your rights

Because we do not keep your photos or an account, there is usually nothing to export or erase on our side; contact us for any request.
